Nekrosenbildung beim Chinchilla können u.a. durch Injektionen
und Verletzungen entstehen, wobei die genannten Möglichkeiten
selbst nicht die Ursache sind, sondern der Umstand das sich das
Chinchilla an der Einstichstelle/Verletzungsstelle kratzt, Schmutz
und Bakterien in die Hautschichten gelangen und diese dann die
entzündliche Reaktion hervorrufen.
Grundsätzliches zur Behandlung
Das erste Augenmerk ist auf folgendes zu richten:
a. Beherrschung der bakteriellen Infekte,
b. eine feuchte Nekrose in eine trockene zu überführen,
c. eine frische heilende Wunde zu erreichen und eine Narbenbildung
so gering wie möglich zu halten.
Als Grundvoraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche und schnelle Therapie muss
eine Mindestdurchblutung vorhanden sein, dies bedeutet die Wunde offen
zu halten, da der Heilungsprozess von INNEN stattfindet und das Sekret
abfließen können muß. Für die Abheilung kommt es vor allem auf die Rand-
bezirke an, von denen aus die Neubildung des Gewebes erfolgt.
Bekämpfung der Infektion
Es muß auf eine gute Durchblutung geachtet werden, welche durch
häufiges Reinigen mit Betaisodona-Lösung (verdünnt) erreicht wird.
Bei der Reinigung muß das abgestorbene Gewebe und Krusten auf-
geweicht und entfernt werden.
Durch Minderblutung (= schlechte Durchblutung) sind die Abwehr-
mechanismen und der Abtransport von Entzündungsstoffen erheblich
vermindert. Die Randzonen der Nekrose sind dadurch erheblich gefährdet.
Die wichtigste Maßnahme der Entzündungsbekämpfung ist die Öffnung und
Offenhaltung der Wunde. Dies sollte vorsichtig, jedoch ausgiebig erfolgen.
Gegebenenfalls kommt auch eine Teilentfernung von bereits nekrotischem
Material in Frage, damit ein freier Eiterabfluss ermöglicht wird.

Through less-bleeding (= bad circulation) is the resistance-mechanisms and the evacuation of inflammation-materials considerable decrease. The fringes of the necrosis are considerably endangered through it. The most
important measure of the inflammation-fight is the opening and open-attitude of the wound. This should
carefully, however takes place extensively. If need be, also a part-distance already of necrotic material comes
in question, so that a free pus-drain is made possible. An antibiotic-therapy takes place oral and is necessary
about one to demur blood poisoning, as well as.
